Welcome to WordPress, LaTeX…
It is now possible to use LaTeX in WordPress! Two small tests:
$latex \frac{dy}{dx} = \sin{x}$
$latex \sum_{k=1}^{n} k = \frac{(n)(n+1)}{2}$
For more info about using it, read this post.

Hi!
My wordpress blog server can not generate equations. Should I install extra plugin or programs for the math in blogs?
Thanks in advance.

If you install WordPress on you own server, I believe it doesn’t come with LaTeX by default. You probably need to install 2 things, LaTeX itself and the WordPress plugin to generate the equations using LaTeX. I’ve never done it, so the most I can do is to point you to http://wordpress.org/
Good luck!
